of violent crimes.
We are able to offer advice and guidance every step of the way
for our clients’ nationwide, who have found themselves victims
of violence and need our expert help at a time when they are often
still traumatised.
Every aspect of a CICA application is discussed with our clients’
and we can advise on the likelihood for success, based on each
individual set of circumstances.
Once we have established that our client has a valid claim, under
the rules of the very complex CICA scheme, we deal with all the
application process , liase with the CICA and handle subsequent
correspondence connected with the claim. Should we get a negative
decision or an insufficient award we have a record of getting
these decisions overturned at a Review or Appeal process.
